General Laborer

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Temporary General Laborer. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to gain immediate work experience, requiring no prior background in general labor. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity, and contributing to our operational efficiency in a dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility.

General Laborer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Accurately and efficiently perform repetitive tasks as assigned within the production or warehouse environment.
• Frequently lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds throughout the shift, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to learn new procedures and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Stand and move consistently for the duration of the 8-hour shift. 

General Laborer Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to learn new tasks quickly and perform repetitive actions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
