Unarmed Security Officers – Warehouse FacilityCompany: IronRock SecurityLocation: TrentonPay: $18.00–$18.50 per hourPosition: Unarmed Security OfficerOpenings: Multiple Positions AvailableShifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 11:00 PM–7:00 AMAbout IronRock SecurityIronRock Security is currently hiring multiple Unarmed Security Officers to provide professional security services at a warehouse facility in Hamilton.We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced security officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and our client.Available ShiftsWe are currently hiring for all three shifts:1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AMMultiple openings are available across all shifts.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of security experience requiredActive SORA cardPrevious warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or industrial security experience is a plusUnarmed security experience preferredValid security license/card required, if applicableProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skillsReliable and punctual with excellent attendanceAbility to remain alert and attentive throughout the shiftAbility to follow post orders, company policies, and client proceduresAbility to accurately complete daily activity and incident reportsAbility to interact professionally with employees, visitors, drivers, and vendorsAbility to work independently and as part of a security teamResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional security presence throughout the warehouse facilityMonitor and patrol assigned areasMonitor entrances, exits, gates, and designated security areasControl and monitor access to the facilityVerify employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries as requiredConduct regular security patrolsMonitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems as assignedRespond appropriately to security incidents, disturbances, and emergenciesIdentify and report suspicious activity and security concernsComplete accurate daily activity reports and incident reportsReport safety hazards, property damage, and other incidents to appropriate personnelFollow all site-specific post orders and security proceduresMaintain professional communication with warehouse management, employees, visitors, and vendorsPerform other security-related duties as assignedIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a reliable and experienced security professional with at least three years of security experience.
