SFO’s Aviation & Space Management division is seeking a Senior Property Manager who thrives at the intersection of airport assets, operations, commercial strategy, and airline partnerships. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Property Managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of airlines, government agencies, and aviation-related tenants. You will guide strategic direction, ensure alignment with Airport priorities, and serve as the escalation point for complex facilities, operational and business issues.
Under general direction, the Senior Property Manager oversees the administration, negotiation, and compliance of aviation-related leases, permits, operating agreements, and other real property instruments for airlines, government agencies, cargo operators, and aviation-support tenants at San Francisco International Airport.
Substitution:
Additional qualifying experience as described above may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis (up to a maximum of 2 years).
Note: Residential property management experience is not qualifying.
One year of full-time employment is equivalent to 2000 hours. (2000 hours of qualifying work experience is based on a 40-hour work week.) Any overtime hours that you work above forty (40) hours per week are not included in the calculation to determine full-time employment.

Eligible List/Score Report: A confidential eligible list of applicant names that have passed the civil service examination process will be created, and used for certification purposes only. An examination score report will be established, so applicants can view the ranks, final scores and number of eligible candidates. However, an eligible list shall be made available for public inspection, upon request, once the eligible list is exhausted or expired and referrals resolved.
