Talent Sourcer (DOD) (Remote)

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will source and pipeline passive candidates 100% of the time for cllient Aeronautics' F&BO, Communications, Business Development, and Program Office functions using Eightfold and social-media platforms, building qualified talent pools for hiring managers.

This is a 6-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is an Remote role in US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

• Manages sourcing Client's Aeronautics Company, specifically supporting small function areas such as F&BO, Communications, Business Development, and the Program Office, by leveraging Eightfold and social media platforms as primary tools to build talent pipelines and convert passive talent into active candidates
• Tracks the success of branding, marketing, and sourcing initiatives to demonstrate ROI and drives brand awareness and the candidate value proposition to reinforce Lockheed Martin as the employer of choice; delivers qualified candidate pools to hiring manager queues, executes targeted recruitment outreach.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication, while performing any additional duties as assigned.
• This is NOT a recruiting position. the selected candidate will be sourcing passive candidates and pipelining 100% of the time.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• 3-5 years of DOD sourcing experience
• 3-5 years of ATS candidate tracking system experience
• Previous success in a 100% remote position
• Previous use of AI recruiting is a plus
• Previous Lockheed martin experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $40/hr - $43/hr
